Undoubtedly, the kitchen is really very important. It is a pleasure which, added to the satisfaction for the dives, contributes decisively to the success of the cruise.

Samir is from Asswan and is a very good cook.


One of his quality is that he can make excellent dishes without ever abusing fatty and fried. He's always ready to leave at the bar, night and day, a sweet and you will find punctually his toast for breakfast. He has good taste for variety and presentation of each dish. We can talk about international cuisine and spaghetti al dente ... definitely he has a nice character, does not always happen between chefs, the kitchen is often welcoming as a lounge, he talk and listen, takes care of all. He likes to pamper guests and crew, he remember the preferences and tastes, he is considerate to those who have some allergy or intolerance. He likes to surprise and cheer with some sweet unexpectedly.

He really loves his job and you can feel through the harmony of flavors. He likes to fish in the evening when each task is suspended and the boat is quiet, thanks to him you will taste some fabulous piece of raw fish, fresh and delicious.
